“I’m a senior studying civil engineering and have been involved in SWE since my freshman year. I’ve previously served as Treasurer and SWEster Chair, and I’m excited to continue being involved as Vice President this year. I joined SWE to find a community of women in engineering, and it has become such an important part of my college experience. I’m especially excited to plan Kids Science and Engineering Day and help inspire the next generation of engineers! Fun fact: I spent two months in Bolivia this summer working on a water infrastructure project!”

“I am a Junior in Mechanical Engineering, and I have been involved in SWE since my Freshman Year! I began as a member and officer shadow for the SWEster Coordinator, then becoming the Activities Coordinator as a sophomore, and now I am the SWE Treasurer. I joined SWE because of the community I of amazing women within leadership and members and I am excited for another year with them. One fun fact about me is that I cook yummy shrimp tacos.”
